In order to execute on RealVIbes&Rhythms’s business model, the Company needs
to perform many functions including the following:
Administrative Functions
● General & Administrative functions including legal, marketing, bookkeeping, etc.
● Hiring and training staff
Artist Representation Functions
● Finding/recruiting clients
● Negotiating contracts
● Promoting clients events and products
● Managing appearance and shows
● Music development (record producer, A&R, mixing eng, song writer.)
● photography/cinematography
● graphics designer
Retail Functions
● Product development (e.g., manufacturing merchandise)
● Product sales (direct via internet, and recruiting distributors)
● Customer support functions
